We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the cable car. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, arranging a package that included free tickets to nearby attractions like the cable car, water park, and shuttle service. We also loved that there were many other well-known hotels in the area. The breakfast was decent, and we especially enjoyed the Happy Hour offered in our Club Twin room. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills. The hotel facilities were clean and the heating kept us warm during our stay. It was also very convenient to get ski passes and rent ski gear.

Great location next to the slopes and close to the ski area. the Chinese restaurant offers tasty food with a beautiful view. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the breakfast buffet is impressive with a good selection of dishes.

Some facilities need improvement, such as the shuttle service by local small dirty taxis.

This hotel offers exquisite luxurious amenities that guarantee an ultra, comfortable stay. the service is excellent, attentive, and polite. the seasonal indoor pool, heated swimming pool, and aqua park are amazing. the spa and wellness centre have top, quality massage services. the shallow end of the pool is perfect for kids. the room advantages are exclusive and high, end. the breakfast, bar/lounge area, and dinner are great.

Although the Ski field is within walking distance, the renting center's service might delay kids from enjoying it. the hotel provides a free lift pass and locker, which is great value.

Enjoyed our holiday

We recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a snowy mountain town. The complimentary breakfast was filling and delicious, and the kids loved the free access to skiing slopes just a ten-minute walk away. The room was comfy and big enough for our family. We also appreciated that there were plenty of activities for kids. we had an amazing time and made lots of great memories.

The only downside was that the restaurants in the area were quite limited and average in quality. We had to venture out quite far to find nicer places to eat.

And the food? Delicious! Be sure to try the breakfast and the YUE restaurant.

Poor restaurant service Unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor restaurant service. We found the expensive food options limited, and on top of that, they refused to refill our vegetables with our BBQ meat.

This hotel offers an unparalleled luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the Spa centre and indoor swimming pool are a haven of tranquility and the massage services are exceptional. the restaurant serves a sumptuous dinner and the bar/lounge area has a cozy ambiance to relax. the location advantages of this hotel are evident with its proximity to the ski area and the array of outdoor activities offered.

Despite the exceptional service, there was a minor issue with the breakfast selection which had limited options. However, this hotel made up for it with its numerous quality snack bar choices.
